1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Luvvy. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Community guidelines
- Be respectful — no harassment, bullying or hate speech.
- Keep it clean — no nudity or obscene content.
- Stay cautious — do not engage in financial fraud or scams.
- Do not share others’ personal information.
Violations may result in suspension or a permanent ban, and where appropriate, reporting to the authorities.
4. Coins, calls & payments
Coins are a virtual, in-app currency used to access features such as audio and video calls. Coins have no monetary value outside the app, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coin prices and call rates are shown in the app and may change.
5. Content & conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you share and your interactions with others. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvvy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
